NO RETURNS ON GLASS!

All returns must also be done within 14-days of receiving package.  If a total of 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.  It belongs to you, and you alone, and that has it’s own advantages.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.  We also recommend not including anything you weren’t returning, as this may complicate your return, and then we have to return that to you.  Unless it was a gift, in which case, thanks. 🙂

Only items sold on our site can be returned by mail.  If it was purchased in store, it must be returned in store.  This is mainly due to gravity fluctuations from one dimension to the next, and calculating the difference in space-time is simply too much for our systems currently.  Thank you for understanding.

Refunds

To initiate a return: contact Jack@electricladyland502.com, and put (RETURN) in the subject line using the email you placed your order with, your order number, and list what it is you are sending back in the main body of your message.

within 24-48 hours, you will get a confirmation that we can receive your return, an address to ship to, and instructions for how to send your item to ensure a timely response in processing.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Just to make sure.

Then contact your credit card company next, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank, but not during lunch, no one will answer.  Then wait a while longer and call them back.  There is often a lot of waiting involved with processing these.

If you’ve done all of this, and waited just one more day for the fun of it… and you called them one more time… and still have not received your refund yet? Then please contact: violet@electricladyland502.com, and we will look into it further.  Probably crossed the beams again, it happens.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.  Why do you want this anyway?  That was a steal, we promise.

Gifts

We do not accept returns for gifts shipped to you.  You may initiate a claim for damaged or missing items, or the purchaser may return the item themselves.

But just know, if they have to return it, they’ll know you are returning it…  It’s one of those things.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
